At Bristol Banners, we take pride in providing swift service and reliable print quality. Since our items are custom-crafted, returns adhere to specific criteria. Please review this policy before ordering.

1. What Qualifies for a Return?

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Visible print defects (e.g. blurry images, misaligned text, smudges)

  • Incorrect product type or dimensions received compared to what was ordered

  • Missing finishing options (like eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)

2. How to Report a Problem

To start a return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Send an email to support@bristol-banners.co.uk

  • Mention your order number in the subject line

  • Attach clear photos taken from at least 2 metres away showing the problem

Returns cannot be processed without photographic proof. All submissions will be evaluated by our team before approval.

3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept the parcel.

Accepting a damaged parcel implies acceptance of the item as is, nullifying any return claims for physical damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Should your return be authorised:

  • The customer must cover the return shipping

  • We advise using a tracked courier service for security

  • Bristol Banners is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to a confirmed product fault

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products with approved artwork containing errors in spelling or layout

  • Orders affected by courier delays, slight colour variations (within 10–15%), or personal preferences

  • Custom prints meeting specifications but not aligning with individual expectations

We reserve the right to reject any return request not adhering to these conditions.

6. Return Process & Resolution

Once your return is received and examined:

  • If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on the issue and your preference

  • If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you, with no refund or replacement provided
